What payment methods are accepted at Alora Hoteles?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay International), bank transfers, and cash payments upon arrival at the hotel.
Do I need to provide my card details to make a booking online?
Yes, your card details are required to guarantee your booking. Our platform is completely secure and protected with advanced encryption systems.
When I enter my card details, is the charge made automatically or can I pay at the hotel during check-in?
For non-refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking confirmation. For refundable rates, card details are kept as a guarantee and, unless otherwise stated, payment can be made upon arrival at the hotel, either in cash or by card.
